Projects
I have worked on a variety of projects over the years; some of them as a hobby, some as a proof of concept and others to solve my own pain points. Here are some of the projects that I have worked on.
Computational Imaging Project
finishedAn academic project focused on the reconstruction of undersampled MRI data using deep learning techniques to enhance image quality and reduce acquisition time.
- Applied deep learning models to reconstruct undersampled MRI images with quality approaching fully sampled data
- Improved reconstruction accuracy by integrating neural networks into the imaging pipeline
D&A Summer Challenge
finishedA hackathon organized by Siemens Healthineers focused on applying AI techniques to solve a medical imaging problem.
- Participated in a Siemens challenge focused on medical image registration using neural networks
- Enhanced model performance and strengthened practical understanding of AI concepts in medical imaging
XP CEC Desktop App
finishedA desktop application developed to support automated log processing and reporting workflows.
- Developed a Python-based desktop application for automated processing of system log files
- Built data pipelines to support structured data export and Power BI dashboard updates
Blindness Detection (Bachelor’s Thesis)
finishedMy bachelor’s graduation project focused on exploring deep learning techniques for the classification of different stages of diabetic retinopathy.
- Worked on a Kaggle-based project centered on neural network classification of diabetic retinopathy
- Developed and trained a deep learning model using Python and Keras to classify retinal OCT images
Here are some more projects that I have worked on. You can find the complete list of projects on my GitHub profile.
